Q?What is the price per pound for a turkey?
A.

Our turkeys sell for $2.49/lb.

Q?How do I prep my turkey for cooking?
A.

Although various people have they own way of prepping their turkey, we suggest to simply place it in the refrigerator to thaw (since it’s not frozen).  If you prefer, you can also give it quick cold water bath.

Q?What temp do I cook my turkey at?
A.

We suggest 15 minutes per pound  (stuffed) and 12 minutes per pound (unstuffed) at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Q?Why is there an Ice Crust on my Turkey? Are they frozen?
A.

All of our turkey’s are sold unfrozen.

There may an Ice Crust on the outer “shell” of the product due to federal regulations that require the product to be stored below (insert temp here).  At times this may allow for a very think layer of ice to form.
